Srinagar, June 15, 2024 – The Hon’ble Prime Minister is set to engage with the youth in a “Live Youth Interaction Session” at the Convocation Complex, University of Kashmir on June 20, 2024, from 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM. In preparation for this significant event, the University administration has issued a directive for the active participation of students and faculty members.
Each Head, Coordinator, and Director of every Department, Center, and Campus is instructed to nominate 20 students or scholars from their respective units. Additionally, an Incharge faculty member must be designated to accompany the students. The required details of the participants, including name, parentage, residential address, mobile number, Aadhar number, roll number, and course, must be submitted in Word format to the Director of IT & SS and the Chief Proctor via their official email addresses by 11:00 AM on June 16, 2024.
The participation list will be forwarded to the relevant authorities in the Union Territory Administration to facilitate the smooth organization of the event.
Moreover, attendance is mandatory for all Deans, Heads, Coordinators, Directors of Schools, Departments, Centers, and Campuses, as well as officers holding the rank of Assistant Registrar. The nominated faculty members and selected students or scholars are also required to be present.
The University administration emphasizes the urgency of this matter and expects full cooperation to ensure the success of this prestigious event, where the youth will have the unique opportunity to interact directly with the Prime Minister.
