NTA to Release Admit Card for CUET UG 2024; Exam Details Revealed

The National Testing Agency (NTA) is gearing up to unveil the admit cards for the much-anticipated Common University Entrance Test (CUET) UG 2024. Aspiring candidates are eagerly awaiting this crucial document, essential for their participation in the examination process. The admit cards will be available for download on the official websites of NTA: exams.nta.ac.in/CUET-UG and nta.ac.in.

In a recent announcement, the NTA disclosed the examination city intimation for CUET UG 2024, providing candidates with essential details about their test centers. Scheduled to be held from May 15 to May 18, 2024, in pen-and-paper format, and on May 21, 22, and 24, 2024, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode, CUET UG 2024 aims to assess the knowledge and aptitude of approximately 13.48 lakh candidates. The examination will span across various examination centers situated in 380 cities, including 26 cities beyond the borders of India.

To facilitate candidates in accessing their examination city notification for CUET UG 2024, the NTA has mandated the provision of an application number and date of birth. This information will enable candidates to ascertain their designated examination centers without any hassle.

For those eagerly awaiting their admit cards, the process of obtaining them is straightforward. Candidates are advised to follow these steps:

  1. Visit the official website of CUET UG 2024: cuetug.ntaonline.in.
  2. Navigate to the CUET admit card link prominently displayed on the home page.
  3. Input the requisite login credentials and click the submit button to proceed.
  4. The CUET UG 2024 admit card will then be displayed on the screen.
  5. Thoroughly review the details mentioned on the admit card and proceed to download the document.
  6. It is recommended to retain a physical copy of the admit card for future reference.

CUET UG 2024 will be conducted in 13 languages, namely English, Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Gujarati, Kannada, Marathi, Malayalam, Odia, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, and Urdu, catering to the diverse linguistic preferences of candidates. With 63 test papers on offer, the examination encompasses a wide array of subjects. The duration of the test will vary, with most subjects allocated 45 minutes, except for select subjects such as Accountancy, Economics, Physics, Computer Science/Informatics Practices, Chemistry, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, and General Test, which will have a duration of 60 minutes.

The examination pattern comprises multiple-choice questions (MCQs) in an objective-type format, ensuring fairness and consistency in the evaluation process.
