The Jammu and Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) has officially released the admit cards for the upcoming Urdu Type Test and Urdu Short Hand Test scheduled for August 7, 2024. These tests are for the recruitment of Urdu Typist, Urdu Stenographer, and Urdu Shorthand Instructor under the notifications No. 05 of 2020 and 07 of 2020. Candidates can now download their admit cards from the official JKSSB website.

Candidates who have registered for the test can download their admit cards by following these simple steps:
- Visit the official JKSSB website: www.jkssb.nic.in
- On the homepage, find and click on the link to download the E-Admit Card.
- Click on the “LOGIN” button.
- Enter your E-mail ID and Date of Birth in DDMMYYYY format.
- Verify your basic details displayed on the screen.
- Click on the “View and Print E-Admit Card” button.
- Download and print your E-Admit Card.
Note: It is mandatory to carry a clear printed copy of the E-Admit Card on the day of the examination.

- Candidates must bring the admit card and a valid identity proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter Identity Card, Driving License, Passport, PAN Card, or Identity Card issued by a Competent Authority) to the test venue.
- The admit card will be checked at the registration counter.
- Candidates will not be allowed entry without the admit card and valid ID proof.
- No supplementary tests will be conducted for candidates who miss the scheduled test date.
- Appearing in multiple shifts/tests will lead to disqualification.
