The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (JKBOPEE) has released the notification for the 1st round of counselling for the Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing Course 2024. Following the declaration of the provisional merit list for the Common Entrance Test (CET), the Board will conduct the first round of counselling from August 1st to August 2nd, 2024. This counselling session is crucial for candidates aiming to secure admission in various private colleges and institutions across the Union Territory of Jammu and Kashmir.
JKBOPEE Post BSc Nursing Counselling Schedule
The counselling will take place over two days as per the following schedule:

Documents Required for Counselling
Candidates must bring the following original documents for verification:
- Domicile Certificate
- Date of Birth Certificate (10th class Marks Card/Diploma)
- 12th Class Marks Card
- GNM Marks Card of all Semesters/Years
All participating candidates are required to deposit a counselling fee of Rs.1000/-. This fee can be paid through POS machines available at the BOPEE office in Jammu/Srinagar using either a debit or credit card.
Key Instructions for JKBOPEE Counselling
- Registration and Attendance: Candidates must report for registration between 08:30 A.M. to 10:00 A.M.
- Counselling Fee: Rs.1000/- to be paid via POS machines at the venue.
- Seat Availability: All seats are in private institutions; hence, no reservations apply.
- Authorization: Candidates unable to attend can authorize a family member (blood relation) with a signed authority letter and ID proof to attend on their behalf.
- E-Information Brochure: Candidates should review the e-Information Brochure and seat matrix available on the official JKBOPEE website before filling in their choices.
- Seat Matrix: The seat matrix will be available on the official website a day before the counselling starts.
- Counselling Process: Counselling will stop once all seats are filled, and no further claims will be entertained.
