JKPSC KAS Result 2024 Released, Download Selection List PDF
The Jammu and Kashmir Public Service Commission (JKPSC) has released the Final merit and selection list for J&K Combined Competitive Examination 2023.
The recruitment process for J&K Combined Competitive Examination 2023 commenced on 12th April 2023. Through Communication No. GAD_SERVOKAS/339/2022, the General Administration Department referred 75 vacancies to JKPSC. These were advertised under Notification No. 12-Psc(DR-P) on 13th April 2023, allowing thousands of aspirants to apply.
A total of 30,756 candidates were provisionally allowed to appear for the Preliminary Examination, which took place on 15th October 2023. Out of these, 18,882 candidates appeared, showcasing the competitive nature of the examination.

According to Notification No. PSC/Exam/2022/22, a strict selection criterion was applied, and 2,144 candidates successfully advanced to the Mains Examination. This list included 77 additional candidates who were permitted to take the exam following the directions from the Hon’ble Central Administrative Tribunal.

Finally a total of 274 candidates were deemed eligible to appear for the interview or Personality Test round. An additional 11 candidates (petitioners) were also invited for interviews following Court Orders, bringing the interview count to 285 candidates.
The interview phase took place at JKPSC’s Srinagar Office between 21st October and 29th October 2024. While 274 candidates were shortlisted, eight candidates did not attend, which slightly adjusted the final tally of those interviewed.
